Hello ! Can you help identify a pottery mark?

I have a smallish, roundish vase that's cheerfully painted, IMO.
It's 5 1/2" tall & about the same at its widest.
It is slightly ridged near the base and equidistantly dimpled at the rim.
There are paintings on 3 sides, each a bit different.
I have struggled to get an in-focus close-up of the mark on the bottom. I'll upload the best I'v got. rbg3? abg3?

I am amazed.!!! It does indeed seem to be Russian. THANK YOU !!! I think it might be quite modern, as it is in such nice condition. Look at this -

 

Mine has a very minimalist mark. I guess it was for in-country purchase and found it's way here with someone. Where I live there is a significant Russian community. Well - also many others. Anyway, it's always nice to know. I kept seeing it and thinking how pleasant it was so today I bought it.

I wonder if the little '90 on the bottom signifies the year it was made?
Read from a different angle, it could be 06. But then why put a period after it...
