Hello

    I am newbie not only on this forum, but also in antiquities matter, it all started with victorian etagere, which I've bought a month ago, after that, nothing remains the same ;-). Now, i am a proud owner of the mentioned etagere, two edwardian chairs and a lovely japanese bronze/brass censer and i am aware, that this is just the beginning. Since my first won auction, i try to read as much as it's possible about, and although i am artist, and i though that i know lots of around art subject, antiques world seems to me more "alchemical", so, i am truly glad to find this forum, to learn more. Nice to meet you all!

    And yes, antiques are like alchemy, secrets everywhere, and the search for the ultimate.... something.;)
