I know i have seen this somewhere before?
frame is 7" x 9" interesting textured paper. The nails on the back look antique for sure.
Any help with the artist and approximate age would be great.

Any thoughts on the age of the frame?
    Those are cut square nails.

They still make very similar glazing sprigs although these do show their age.

Going to be before color printing became more affordable and, therefore, more widespread. Roughly 1890-1920. You can remove it from frame; may well be stamped on back with reproduction information such as title, publisher, etc.

I had to take it out of the frame anyway because it has wrinkles. No writing at all.
Some staining, wrinkled paper. I put some thin cardboard between the print and back.
    It's better but not perfect.

If you can use something less acidic than cardboard, that'll help the print avoid additional foxing.
