Help dating Weller pottery Bean pot.

This is the first piece of Weller I have ever found. from the little Russian thrift for $2.99. It is small about 4 1/2" tall including lid.
Hope someone can tell me when this mark was used.

I don't know if this helps, I don't know anything about their utility lines.

Huxford's Weller Pottery book I think indicates that mark was used first quarter of the 20th C however I think it must be a typo as they say late 1900s until about 1925 (shouldn't that read 1800s?).

I don't see where the mention a production date for the bean pot but there is a hard to see catalog page showing two sizes. (Didn't photograph that page)

Someone will probably know more.

 

Thanks a bunch s_i_s. This one is 5" wide includes handles. It's a cute little thing.

The inside has bad staining. Anything I can use to get rid of it?
