I looked through Gotheborg's "recent Chinese marks" and there's good news and indifferent news. The good thing is that the seal mark appears to be handpainted, and although I did not find an exact match, it appears to say something on the order of "Da Qing" or Great Da Qing" on the right and "Period Made" on the left. Which period I couldn't tell you. (That's the indifferent news.) The fact that it was not "stamped" and has no surrounding square should mean that it wasn't made yesterday. The commentary on some other similar marks seems to imply that they "might" have been truly period made, but that's a big "might."

The red exterior seems unusual to me and it seems to be in nice shape!

Once again thank you bakersgma for your reply and your info I seen another one that had the red enamel on the outside and it sold for something like $26,000 dollars wasn’t like the one I have but had the same enamel work on the outside Anyways thanks again bakersgma for all the help you have given me on my post I know it’s a impossible task to tell what a item is or isn’t just from pictures on the internet but thought I would try thanks once again. The mark is that of Qianlong (1736-1795), but as Bakersgma said, that doesn't mean necessarily that the bowl is from that period. But it certainly is very nice and looks promising, even if it turns out to be later. I would show it to some expert...

Beautiful bowl, Zeppelin. That red glaze is called 'sang de boeuf' or oxblood.
I'm with Mat on the mark and showing it to an expert.
