Help ID art nouveau table mirror

    I was wondering if anyone might know the maker if this art nouveau style mirror? Not sure if its period or not. There is some words on the back that I tried to get a picture of but the paint covers most of it. Can only make out a few letters. Thank you for any info! Sorry for the spotting on the mirror I have yet to clean it.

    JMHO, not Art Nouveau in style, either late 20th century or an older piece spray painted with metallic paint :(

    If it doesn't owe you a lot, I'd be tempted to strip it.

    I'd remove or protect the mirror if you do that. The mirror backing is paint too, and I wouldn't want stripper anywhere near it.

    It was probably polychrome airbrushed originally, like these metal light fixtures. Couldn't find any mirror examples, sorry. [​IMG][​IMG]

    Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

    From the looks of the back.....just take the mirror out!!!! No worries then-just strip away!!:rolleyes::smuggrin:

    Hello thanks for the info guys. I sold it and the buyer told me he would just strip it when he gets it. Fine with me lol. Thanks again!
