Help ID art print

    I picked up this what i believe is some sort of print from an original drawing. Although when i tried to do a google search i couldnt find the artist. I didnt notice a signature anywhere but i did see a embossed shield with some writing on the lower right. I am unable to read what it says so maybe someone here might know? Thank you for any info!
