Help ID Bronze? Plaque Marked TD

    Hello-
    Looking for information about this heavy metal plaque featuring 2 women's heads. Believe its bronze. Measures about 5" by 3" and is 1/4" thick. Color is gray-green. Comes in an open faded green velvet fitted case. The only identifying mark is a TD. at the lower left in the artwork which seems seems quite accomplished. Found one for sale with Google lens but the description was lacking. Like to know who made it and when and if it had some kind of particular purpose other than being beautiful. Thanks.
