    I think it is American.
    Not early American Brilliant Period. Maybe 1930s.

    Thanks for the help :) The link was very helpful. McKee Glass Innovation Line is very similar to my vase. Cambridge # 4060 (photo) and Duncan & Miller #86 have the same combination of pressed-cut glass with buttons motif and etched flowers, ca. 1917-1920s (eapgs.org) I'll continue searching :bookworm:
