Help ID gilt metal tray

    I was wondering if anyone could help me identify this gilt metal tray and origin? Thank you for any info!

    If we could identify all the objects in the scene we might know what this is about. Other than the horn I'm stumped.

    That's a lot of imagery but -- surprised -- recognizable as being from Valencia, Spain. Woman is a fallera. Horn player wearing barretina and alpargatas. Here's the flag.
