I think I got everything else but the maker.
I believe the sticker on the back is the jewelry retailer from Turku - Yrjo Salmela.
    The marks -
    Maker - K.H and a figure - ???
    National Mark - Crown
    Silver Purity - 813H
    Turku town mark
    M7 - 1965

Also, the image, is that Sokos hotel?
    Thanks

The mark is 'K-H o/y' for Turku maker 'Kulta ja Hopea Oy' (Gold & Silver Ltd.), in business 1950-82. Perhaps you might post a pic of the Sokos hotel you believe it might be - personally, would have guessed maybe one of the Suomen Osuuskauppojen Keskuskunta (SOK) administrative buildings, it's a huge retail co-op in Finland, parent of the Sokos hotels and stores.

Thanks, I think that is all I wanted to know. The building would not matter that much I guess.
By the way, 813 is the fineness, right? Exactly 813/1000?

Yes, it's .813 silver, the 'H' stands for 'Hopea' - Finnish for 'silver'.
