HELP ID PLEASE

Hi I was cleaning out my dads cupboard when I stumbled upon these. No idea who they’re from but your help would be appreciated. Every search I do brings up nothing. My dad isn’t well and can’t remember. Thanks.

I had not seen these in the 1980s, but the artist is very proficient as an illustrator. LOVE the jockey - can envision him envisioning his ride on the horse with a Muybridge sort of feel! The superhero at work and at play is great! These bear low edition numbers and I think they could be valuable.

 

Perspective/anatomy is off on the goalie, arm foreshortening looks wrong.

 

Looks like 'he' was trying to figure out how to spell "gallop" also on the left side of the image in pencil.....twice by the seat of the rider's pants......

AND IS the name B E Metz???? or something else???
