Help id pottery coffee pot...modern design...

    Hi! found this nice pottery coffee pot...there is what looks like a maker's mark on the base, but it's unreadable because of the thick glaze.

    top is marked 15 and base is 18...there is a freehand 'N' on the base.

    any help finding the pattern would be appreciated...i've looked on replacements.com, but many of their patterns are blank now.
