Help ID Print Signature

Can someone help identify the artist's signature on this print? Maybe you know the piece itself or recognize the artwork. That's likely the title at the center but I can't make it out either. I know you folks can do amazing stuff with hard-to-read signatures. So I'll sic you on this one. Frame measures 17" by 16"...image about 8-1/2" by 9". Nothing on the back but a framer's label from the Philadelphia area. There's a lot of interesting stuff going on here, all around the deceptively primitive critter. Thanks for thinking about this.

Lambre ? It does rather resemble Sylvain Lambre style but he ws dead long before 1994 .

 

A read the title as 'A sombra' or 'The Shadow' in Portuguese.

The middle bit of the name looks like an arty way of writing Robert(o) to me, leaving out the vowels. And the r.
