Help ID this Spelter & Glass Owl Jar ?

    Saw this at the Thrift yesterday (got 1 crap pic,sorry my camera editing skills stinkz). It's about 2 1/2-3" high,spelter mount w/ glass insert w/ owl transfer-no discernible marks,should I buy ? It's cheap. OWL.jpg
    PS-Friend was in desperate rush to leave re 'bodily functions' so had to run,run.
