Trying forever to ID this unusual glass. Very much like Heisey Comet but has a dome foot. Any thoughts?

Only a little like Heisey's Comet, which has no foot. The safety rim is not something Heisey's wares would have either. This was made after Libbey's patent ran out, but I don't know when that was.

Could this be a soda fountain glass?

6 7/8" tall, the mouth and foot are both 3". The glass itself is very thick, heavy. Two mold lines. A few air bubbles.

I'm wondering if it might be a 1/2 pint beer flute.
