    I was wondering if anyone might know the artist om this woodblock print? Thank you for any info.

    The same print can be found on ukiyo-e.org, (2 examples), but the identification of the artist seems uncertain. One example says artist unknown. The other says unknown in the summary, but a brief description attributes it to Eiichi Kotozuka. However, I tried doing searches for his works and could not find another example among prints attributed to him. The signature does not seem to match other examples of his either.

    I think i found the artist. I found another one that they said was by "tobei kamei" titled "noodle vender"
