IMG_4331.JPG IMG_4330.JPG IMG_4332.JPG IMG_4333.JPG IMG_4334.JPG IMG_4335.JPG IMG_4337.JPG HELLO ALL...I purchased this pastel in the late 1990's at an auction..the frame was broken and missing pieces all over..the corner I photoed is one of the corners I rebuilt by hand..the glass is 17.5 inches high by 40.5 inches long and its the largest piece of 19th century glass I've ever owned..very very wavy and reflections are distorted so I had to take about 70 photos and this is the best of them...try to look through the glare and what you will see is the waves are exploding..I can't even describe how well done this pastel is..when I got it you could barely see the picture..the inside of the glass was mold covered..but what was amazing is the pastel was perfect..the artist signed with initials..this pastel is one of my keepers..thanks in advance for your help

True. But I could swear I've seen this picture before.
