Help identify mark, candlesticks Argentina

    Is the material sterling silver?

    Doesn't it say something across the top of the crest? Looks like "ARTIS" perhaps.

    Argentinian silver is often .900, so slightly under sterling, which is .925

    According to Google Argentina, company did plate as well. In fact, all the pieces of theirs I can find marked DBR are plate.
