My great-grandmother was born 1871 in Berlin, Wanshara County, Wisconsin. She died 1962 in Tallmadge, Summit County, Ohio. The vase was a prized possession. The bottom has a number 373 stamped in the ceramic and a black painted 80., with the top of the "8" open. It is 14" high. It has gold-painted flowers front and back, and black-painted accents. I have not been able to find anything like it online.

Your picture is very small. If you enlarge it we can see details. You also need to post a picture of the bottom. If you click on Full Image it will show the pictures in your post like this. great-grandma's vase.jpg

I would also caution you about items that belonged to older relatives. My mother acquired things right up until the time she died, but it doesn't mean they were antiques. If you have some provenance that shows your grandmother owned it in a particular year and didn't buy it just before she died, it would help.
