    Hu?

I’m always suspicious when I see those quasi-heiroglyphic gibberish “text” characters like those on lower half of op’s item. Betcha there’s no such language or alphabet anywhere on earth.

I don't think OP's vase is old - I think someone wanted to make it look old - but I think the characters are old chinese zhou dynasty characters:

Is it an authentic/relic vase with a misaligned seam?Every inlay near the seam is misaligned...very strange.

A fairly recent Chinese Hu vessel, with decoration in archaic style and writing in Archaic Chinese script. The birds and ring handles add a nice touch.
The archaic style suggests great age, but it is the style only, not the age.
Hu is the name of the shape of the vessel. The antique ones were mostly made for wine.
Archaic script is still used for certain objects or artwork, as a reference or link to history. Items in archaic style usually have archaic script as well, just like Gothic Revival items can have texts in Gothic script.

We have a treasure, Old Chinese heiroglyphic characters!!!! Give me an advice (keep it. Sell it.... Or to contact museums)

Keep it, if your friend likes it. Otherwise sell it. Many of these are still being made, so it is of no interest to a museum.

Yes we can travel 3000 years back to make one like this

And come back to the present day to sell it to a museum.
The old ones are not as sturdy, more delicate.

DF9AEFAB-78AD-4A64-9F6B-D5EC5A85CE96.jpeg Wonder hu made it? The part with Ancient Chinese Characters looks “pieced in.” Note lack of the light-colored crud on that area. There also appears to be a linear seam or joint on either side of this area. But I don’t know if fake or authentic, I don’t have much experience with that type of object. The inside, what I can see in the one photo, looks ok.

I guess the takeaway is that you have people's opinions on this based on a few photos. Opinions can be right or wrong and without handling the piece might be hard to give a 100% definite one way or the other. I don't see this kind of thing at the thrift --ever. Quality doesn't look that high from the photos, and (if I had to guess) probably newer, but who knows, could even be vintage. Not even sure what keywords to use to pick up similar on google images if these are still being made. Might be a good exercise for the OP.
