These have the look of tourist art. Finding specifics may be difficult.

The first one looks like Bob Ross (the TV painter with the perm), but it doesn't look like his signature.

 

I agree that it look like a Bob Ross. There are places that still teach the Bob Ross method. They even sell Bob Ross video courses and art supplies online so I would not be surprised if this style of painting could be found all over the world
