Help IDENTIFY this Bird (?) INSIGNIA in this GLASS ASHTRAY!

    Hey all, we have this interesting glass ashtray. I really feel like I've seen this logo before but I can't figure it out. Looks like a bird, perhaps has to do with aviation. The logo is pressed in from the bottom. The piece measures 1.5" tall with a 4.25" diameter. Any information helpful.
