Hi everyone, I dropped some stuff at the dump and found this!!

It's pretty nice, missing the feet, but that can be fixed.

There is shockingly little information on this company. Is there any value to this piece or should I let my wife paint it?

    Thanks in advance!

I'm usually in favor of keeping the wood, but in this case painting may be better.....

It worked over here, Cincinnati was the place to be in mid-west furniture manufacture in 1841.

Certainly worth more painted these days but this is not beyond restoration. Paint will go out of fashion again at some point but, restored, it will retain any value it has and may possibly appreciate. Might be a coin-flip situation
