Help Identifying Antique Porcelain Boy Figurine with Blue “Y” Mark

Hello,
I am hoping for help in identifying a small antique porcelain figurine I recently acquired.

• Figure: Young boy in period attire, holding a staff or walking stick. Hand-painted with gold detailing.
  
  
• Height: 8.7 cm (approx. 3.4 inches)
  
  
• Mark: Underglaze blue symbol on the base resembling a stylized “Y”, along with the impressed number 619.
  
  
• Condition: Very good — no chips or cracks, light wear to the gilding consistent with age.
  
  
• Origin guess: Possibly German, late 19th or early 20th century, but I’m not certain.

I would appreciate any information on:

1. The manufacturer or decorator that used this “Y” mark.
   
   
2. Approximate production date.
   
   
3. Any context about similar figurines.
