Hi. I'm new here and I was hoping that someone would be willing to help me identify a few knives and swords. I purchased a storage locker for the first time and found a lot of military items that I know nothing about. From what I have found I know that this stuff belonged to a gentleman that fought in WW2 in the Marine Corp. Any thoughts or insight you may have is much appreciated Resizer_15414678963490.jpg Resizer_15414678963491.jpg Resizer_15414678963492.jpg Resizer_15414678963492.jpg Resizer_15414678963492.jpg Resizer_15414685877482.jpg Resizer_15414678963493.jpg Resizer_15414678963494.jpg Resizer_15414678963495.jpg Resizer_15414678963495.jpg

The Japanese wakizashi appears to be a Chinese knockoff wall hanger. The India sword appears to be the same.

    1. India Tulwar Sword...........having the mark India on it is not a sign of an authentic killing weapon, but a close up of the blade would help.

    3. The Wakizashi ..it's all bout the blade....but the Saya looks made for tourists..as does the Tsuba ( Suba ) ....

    2. Philippines Bolo knife....ww2 era design.....again...all about the blade, but the sheath and handle seem nice enough to be a fighting weapon....that maybe didn't see much use.

    IMHO........
