help identifying (possibly) oriental vase

Hello everyone, I hope I could get help figuring out what kind of vase I bought a few months ago, and since then I cant find anything similar to help locate it`s origin or age.. I got it at a flea market in Serbia, it seems old, highth is approximately 85cm,material is painted clay. It seems oriental but I am not sure. It is my first time posting here so if i need to put any additional information please let me know.

It looks Arabic ? I thought it a hookah at first glance.

 

It looks similar to a Turkish / Iznik water bottle (surahi):

Is it all one piece (other than the lid), or is it a bottle on a separate stand?

It looks so to me too. Good idea,at first glance maybe , but it has a lid, and is way too big and seems antique...
