    I can't help you, but you will need better photos for those that can.

    If you can stand further away and get the whole picture, frame and all, it can help those in the know.

    Signature looks more like Rasso than Rosso.

    Rosso/Rasso...amateurish modern painting of sunflowers. Probably you won't find out exactly who made this, and it really wouldn't change its value if you did.

    It does appear to be a decorative painting from the 1970s. In the future, would you be kind enough to post your photographs with their proper orientation? And when posting art work, photographs of both the front and back including frame are helpful.
