Any ideas what the maker of this teapot is and its value?

The mark is a auspicious/honorary Qianlong Nian Zhi - Qianlong Period mark of the 2nd half of 20th century. Following is a link to the "Quanlong Nian Zhi - Qianlong Period" section. Do read what it says for the section then scroll down to the subsection that starts with "Following marks are in Kaishu (normal script) style...." Under this section do look at #1073 and #1518. Read the comments on each

Very recent. There is no information on the maker as the mark is spurious. Min. value.
