AAFEBB2C-6654-4430-BF62-8848015BBDA2.jpeg I bought this pedestal desk recently which is stamped Heal & son. I love the veneer but I can’t work out if it’s a satin wood or something more standard. Located in the South West of England
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Piglet, and welcome!

It's always preferred to show the full image as opposed to thumbnails. If you could edit your post and select that option, it would be helpful.

Furniture ppl will be along. May want to indicate where you're located in the world as well.

Hey Sabre. Thanks for your help! I should’ve changed both pictures now. I’m located in the South West of England.

Thanks! Be sure to keep checking the thread as this is an international forum and ppl are in different time zones (and pop in sporadically).

Looks quite a bit like pine but doubt pine would be used as a veneer.
