Help ID'ing Artist / Signature on this ETCHING

    Hey all, we have this artwork we would like some help with identifying the artist / reading the signature. It's hand etched & hand tinted. The dimensions of the actual artwork in the frame are 8.5" x 6.5"

    Looks more like a definition of what we're seeing, but I'm guessing it's in German?

    Second word on left looks like "Wein" (or Vienna.)

    The word before that is, I think, Ratzenstadl ... and that appears to be another name for are area in or near Vienna that is called Magdalengrund.
