Help make out signature of unusual muscular tissue body w/wings print

This is another cool but unusual piece I was able to find at a local thrift store today.
It is #2 of only 6 and there is a pencil written quote/title on the lower left that says: 'The Curious Decision of a few minor details'
The signature is also pencil signed - the first name looks kinda like Peter? Or Petra?
Any help with the artist's name / any thoughts of the art would be appreciated.
