Help me describe this Belcher ring

Hi, I recently purchased a belcher ring that I am so happy with as it is my size at 4.25 (not common)! I have never seen another one with this style band which makes to super
unique to me. Anyone have knowledge or idea about the more specific time period of this victorian ring? Very little info about about ring from the pawn shop.

How would you describe this design?

It's 1.6 grams, stamped 14k and I was told that diamond is around 0.2 carats. No other info about the diamond. Is this old mine, traditional, or old european?
