Help me identify this litograph, who is the artist?

I suspect the title is "Self Portrait." Letters on the face of the instrument look Greek to me. Can't figure out his name though.

 

It is from Montenegro. Montenegran costume and the beautiful island (peninsula) of Sveti Stefan and the mountain monument to a famous poet/politician (forgot his name, Petro-something?) in the background. The Budva Riviera.

The monument is the mausoleum of Petar II Petrović-Njegoš, on top of Mt Lovcen.

A man of peace (dove), who is both a musician and a lithographer? And who loves his country and the local dances (top left)?
I can't see what the scene in the top right hand corner is, a battle scene?
The faces in the dove's wings are historical figures.
It is laden with Montenegran symbolism.

I love Montenegro, it is beautiful, and the people are very friendly. And it is the only country where the royal palace is called after a billiard table, Biljarda.
