Hello! I need help identifying some information about this china set.

I know it is most likely from the mid-late 1800s however am trying to narrow down a more exact date, as well as brand and location from which it was manufactured. I've come across the stamp on the bottom whilst searching for more information, however all the ones I've seen online have the words "China Austria" underneath the crest, which is not present in these.

Any extra help and info is very appreciated!

Welcome aboard! Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than I will come along soon, but in the meantime, here’s a tip for getting help- how to post your pictures so they’re easier to see:

when you have your photos LISTED, BUT BEFORE you hit POST, please click on the wording that says to "INSERT EVERY IMAGE ASFULL IMAGE" !! That way, we're not clicking on little thumbnails, but get to see all of the images full sized!! Thanks! Remember, it takes a bit for MOST newmembers to get the hang of it, but it's really quite simple once you get used to it!!!" If you still have questions, DON'T hesitate to ASK!!!!

AI generated info: porcelain produced in factories located in Carlsbad (now Karlovy Vary), a city in the Czech Republic, historically part of Austria and Bavaria.

I've googled, too, but I'm not the best. I can't see your particular mark but Carlsbad is in the area that was noted for porcelain production -- previously in Austrian/Bohemian territory.

This is from Kovel's book of marks if it's helpful.

Possibly the best person to ask has his own website "porcelainmarksandmore" and is also a member on this site. We can try flagging him in case he drops by.

Some forum members will remember a great website for Austrian/Bohemian marks that an ebay boardie created years and years ago. Too bad it isn't online anymore. SIS's mark from Kovel's looks good, and the dating looks right for the style.
