Help needed identifying tilso japan cookie jar

    Asking for a friend... we are trying to identify or get any information on this tilso japan cookie jar! We think it was possibly purchased in 60s.

    Thank you, aaroncab! That's a very helpful synopsis of the major Japanese import labels.

    As for the jar I'm not sure there's much more information to be found. Does remind me a bit of Strawberry Shortcake so may be a knock-off of that line.
