Help on signature!

    Hi, i acquired this today. This appears to be a litho because i did not see any dots while looking at it with a magnifying glass. Im trying to figure out who the artist is and it is signed and numbered. The first letter appears to be an "F" but after that its like a symbol of letters and not sure how to make it out.
