Help please crystal vase

Good evening to you.. I need your help with this vase please if you don't mind.
Picked it up at a charity shop as it was just sitting there sparkling in the sunshine.. and thought I need that.
They are no marking at all. but it's a very very nice heavy piece. It is crystal as I have done the ping test.and it has a art deco theme to me. If you look at the cutting of glass. Your help greatly appreciated. Thank you

 

Can't help, but it IS pretty! What is the size?

 

It looks cut to me, but it also has a soft appearance. I've been told that this might indicate a chemical polish, which would point to Europe. I suspect it is not very old. I'm not seeing any wear on the foot, which would be expected on a heavy glass piece with any age.
