    Also, is this on board, paper, canvas, etc?

    I'm with Fid, Bavarian or Austrian dialect. And dress too, a Dutchman in regional costume wouldn't be seen dead in those short breeches.:facepalm: And a woman with that braid and no lace cap is a no no. Wot, no munny for a lace kep?;)

    The text is something about wanting a sweetheart and how to go about getting one. The man is offering to be hers, but I don't know the finer details.:)
