HELP! Royal Vienna Style Plate Signed Wagner "W" Backstamp?

Hi, can someone help me identify this Royal Vienna style plate of a man drinking, handpainted with lots of enamel adornments. The back has a blue backstamp of a W in a shield with something written in blue underneath (may be Dresden). There also appears to be an impressed "S".

Is this still possibly a Royal Vienna plate? Can someone help identify. I know the photos aren't the best.

For me, the quality of the artwork is going to be key to making an attribution for this plate. As for the mark, if it is marked Dresden it is very unlikely to also be Royal Vienna. I'd really need better quality photos to say much more.

Richard Wehsener, a Dresden porcelain decorators studio, the blank isn't from Dresden.
