Help to ID a Modernist Italian Pottery Flower Holder

    We've had this nifty pottery vase with holes for a number of years but had no success in learning more about its age or maker. Can anyone help? Height is about 2-1/2". Marks as shown, Thanks.

    At that very low height, I'd call it a flower frog. You might try that as a search term instead of vase.

    There's a very good Facebook group for Italian ceramics, which includes a member of the Bitossi family. Not that I want to put anyone off asking here!

    I think that's a joss stick holder rather than a frog.

    Thanks, Don. I finally learned how to size the photos and am looking forward to participating. A quick Google of Bassano doesn't seem to show any similar pottery...I'm looking for modernistsic shapes and interesting, iridescent glaze effects. Thanks to all for thinking!
