help to id what this tea set is please

    there are more cups and saucers ... the cups are really thin and break easy one was broken when i was transporting them from my grandads :( as was one of the saucers slightly broken where the hook hole is at the side

    Probably dates to WWII or just after.
    Was Granddad a service man stationed overseas? He may have brought it back for grandma. Many service men often did.

    It is an unusual color scheme. Not what one normally see.
