    Good evening!
I wold like very much knowing something more about this old pweter soup tureeen. I bought it in Spain, where I live, but I,m sure this object comes from another place , possibly from Central Europe.
I cannot identify the arms coat on the top (I wonder of this is a real or a fantasy one ) and the mark on the bottom is an enigma for me as well. Apparently it is a sort of Lorrain cross, but its tops are open, such as the ones of a Malta cross. Around this mark you can see some few letters... but still no idea what this can mean.
    Any help is most welcome!

Welcome Joris. That sounds like a Dutch or Belgian name.
    Slovakia cross maybe?

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

Not sure this helps much.....I tried to lighten/contrast the darkest areas to see if I could bring anything out........I just rotated the image as well for what's upside down as well..........
