Help to identify

Can anyone help me identify this piece? It’s kind of odd how the top of her body lifts off

 

I think the 6 54, indicates it was received June of 1954.
I've had things where people put dates and names on items.

The marking on the bottom makes me think Germany, but I might be wrong.

The top comes off because it is either a powder or trinket jar for a lady's vanity.

I would look in the same direction. Has the same attributes.

So maybe not a powder or trinket jar, but part of a lady's desk set.
I also see numbers on your other piece. So maybe not a date as I suggested.
