Help w/Artist's Etched Name on Glass? Crystal? Tree Limb w/Bronze Eagle Feeding Babies

    I found this today at a thrift store - it's a glass? or crystal? tree limb with a bronze? eagle feeding her 2 baby chicks.

    On the bottom is etched (what I see but googling doesn't show anyone) Vinarai(?) 75/75000

    It measures 7.5" tall x 6" wide

    If anyone can tell me this is by a known artist, I would be very grateful!

    Think you got carried away with your zeros Journey - appears to be a limited edition of 7500, not 75000.

    Thank you! The one's selling for around $100 - I thought It'd be worth more when I saw the eagles and then the signature - I paid $35 for mine.
    But I won't lose money this time!
