Help w/name on Sumo Wrestler Netsuke(?) bottle stopper - 'Germany Patented'

    I found this today at a thrift store - it is a bone or resin large sumo wrestler bottle stopper. It has a maker or artist name & GERMANY PATENTED - can anyone make out the name (I see Hiro Yaromy? but nothing came up) or tell me anything about this; it is unusual!

    Thanks all - it's not a well known person/wine or saki maker so no worries - I just wanted to be sure it wasn't something special before I put it on a $5 or $10 table at my next yard sale
