Help w/ stoneware crockery

    Hi. Despite having grown up in the American Midwest, I have very limited knowledge of this kind of pottery. Stoneware, I think, but beyond that, any terms/ tips or help is appreciated.

    There are no marks etc. They measure 7.5, 7, and 4.5 inches high, respectively. I think one of the lids is a more recent replacement.
