Help, what is this bell

    Hello, does anyone have any information on this bell? I don't know anything about them or time periods. Everything below the handle is magnetic, if that helps.     20th century Dutch motif bell. Handle looks like pewter. Could have been made in a couple different time periods. Dutch motifs were popular here in the Us in the teens and 20s. Also show up again in the 50s. Can't really tell how old this is from these pictures.
