Need some help with the mark on this Sterling 800 Tea Strainer? Any info you can offer will be very much appreciated. Has been tested. Thanks

It is silver, it is not sterling silver.

Certainly European, possibly Italian. I can see another mark there that may be a makers mark.

Style looks like late 19th C. when insanely complicated was one of the fashions.

Thanks for your input I'll post a closer pic of the makers mark that may help identify. I also understand it is not full sterling it is only 800. Thanks
