    Modern costume. I'd say some time in the last decade. Tons of these came in from China, Thailand and the like. There's no way to know who dunnit without a signature.

    Looks more like an elastic stretch bracelet. Where is the clasp?

    Thousands of bracelets like this out there. All new, China or Thailand as suggested.

    Anything with doubled elastic like this is newer, same with magnetic clasp. And almost all of it mass produced, no maker attached.

    They can be pretty and the elastic works nicely until it stretches or breaks. You would not see an older or fine metal piece with this construction.

    Yeah it stretches. No markings. Very heavy. A lot heavier than it looks which is why I asked. Ok well thanks again everyone!
